The Downline Operator I will be required to: Operate and learn the operations of the Downline Packaging equipment including Cap Applicator, Cardboard Case Packer, Accumulators, and learn basic functionality of the coders. Ensure efficient operation of distribution equipment and support maintenance activities on a consistent basis. Follow written and verbal instructions to ensure quality and efficiency standards are being met. The Mixing Support Production Supervisor (Aseptic) plans and manages the day-to-day allocation of resources for designated shift (equipment, people, materials, and systems) to efficiently, safely and cost effectively achieve performance targets as agreed with Production Management.
