We're hiring a versatile and motivated individual to take a leadership role in the field-supporting and overseeing daily operations in asphalt paving, maintenance, or concrete, depending on your background.
This role can range from hands-on field leader to division-level operations support, depending on your strengths and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Help plan and execute daily jobs in paving, maintenance, or concrete
Lead or support field crews depending on job size and complexity
Coordinate materials, trucking, and equipment needs
Work closely with foremen, project managers, and dispatch
Ensure safety and quality standards are met on every job
Be a go-to resource for problem-solving and crew coordination
Support a productive, team-first culture
Ideal Experience:
3+ years in construction or trades, ideally in paving, maintenance, or concrete
Comfortable leading others or growing into leadership
Organized, dependable, and a clear communicator
Valid driver's license
CDL or equipment operation experience is a plus

As Eos Field Service Site Supervisor, you will play a vital role for Eos' success of our field service execution. You will provide (site) leadership and guidance for commissioning, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and maintaining Eos' Energy storage systems in the field. Responsibilities

Organize and oversee the day-to-day workflow operations.
Support material management activities for all site activities.
Read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures. Provide guidance and direction with respect to the project quality and safety requirements.

On-site Point of Contact for customers, service partners, etc. Field escalation path for solving complex problems
When required, independently commission and operate Eos energy systems, locally or remote

About This Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Manager of Construction Accounting to lead our critical construction accounting department. Strategic Leadership and Team Development: Lead, mentor, and manage the Construction Accounting team, overseeing staff development, workload management, and performance reviews. Financial Reporting and GAAP Compliance: Direct the timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, specifically ensuring strict adherence to GAAP standards and ASC 606 (Revenue from Contracts with Customers).
