The Senior Escalations Expert works directly with Sunrun Customer Care, Collections, Field Service, Consumer Compliance, Legal, and Executives with a focus on customer satisfaction in order to effectively de-escalate priority, complex, and high risk customer disputes and prevent similar situations in the future. This person will be laser focused on customer communications, internal coordination, case management, and above all, being the beloved and trusted partner for our customers. The Senior Escalations Expert will be responsible for highly prioritized customer issues related, but not limited, to executive escalations, sensitive accounts, certain legal specialties, pre-activation cases, and other sensitive, high risk escalation categories.
The ideal candidate must be fluent in Spanish and English, and possess a nuanced understanding of cultural and communication styles to effectively support our Spanish-speaking customers in Puerto Rico. The successful candidate will be expected to provide support that requires a high degree of cultural competence and an ability to be understood clearly by our customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and resolve all escalated customer issues consistent with Sunrun guidelines, serving as the customer's single point of contact.

Begins forming positive relationships with important third parties, actioning feedback and highlighting Sunrun's best practices and speedy resolutions.
Works directly with Staff Prevention SMEs to contribute to, and enforce, processes, training, and consequences based on customer escalation insights.

Set and achieve customer expectations through all points of contact, providing regular proactive communication on case and project status, timelines, and next steps.
Provide accurate and timely resolution to customer questions and requests, thinking outside the box about complex issues, providing a seamless customer experience with little or no handoffs between team members or other departments.
Work with customers and internal scheduling teams to schedule site visit appointments, ensure completion, and appropriate follow-up.
Obtain signatures on time sensitive and confidential documents.

Maintain a current understanding of all aspects of the solar journey, including, but not limited to, Sunrun agreement terms and obligations, billing, system and battery performance.

REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS, AND OTHER SKILLS)
Strong knowledge of Escalations & Prevention processes and procedures.
Must be Bilingual in English/Spanish (Puerto Rican dialect)
Regularly receives five star ratings and/or consistent positive feedback from customers.
High school diploma or equivalent education; Bachelor's degree preferred.
5+ years of relevant work experience, preferably with customer success, project management, planning, and in-house legal department or coordination experience.

Overview
The Multifamily PV Designer completes solar photovoltaic (PV) system designs for multi family residential buildings. Performs system energy production estimates and optimizes PV system design for profitability, customer sat
isfaction, and system performance.
Responsibilities
Creates and designs multifamily/commercial PV systems that maximize production, reduce installation cost, and optimize PV system size to meet customer goals based on electricity use patterns and utility charges
Based on optimized system cost, size and energy production, creates one-line diagrams, three-line diagrams, roofing plans, site maps, and other documents as required for building permits and interconnection applications
Autonomously manage third party consultants, subcontractors, and independent engineers; coordinates with engineering and interconnection groups at utilities to manage and facilitate new virtual net metering tariffs
Collaborates with other teams throughout the entire project life cycle, including support for site survey, permitting, pre-construction prep, construction request for information support, authority having jurisdiction (AHJ)/utility inspection, commissioning, and ongoing operations and maintenance support
Works with Sales, Project Management, and Installation teams to find creative solutions to competing interests and to meet customer, company, code, and utility requirements and resolve issues
Collaborates with Project Management to develop strategies for prioritizing work to speed the deployment of megawatt, reduction of costs, and ensure customer satisfaction
Ensures that design packages are complete and ready to submit for permits so installation can proceed as scheduled
Coordinates with engineering to obtain approvals and stamped drawings as required
Completes the bill of materials listing all equipment; ensures equipment lists are complete and correct so that materials can be procured for the project
Completes installation notes to provide Installers with all required information
Assist in mentoring and developing team members both technically and professionally
Value engineer projects to bring down costs while ensuring high value design
Analyze project constraints to optimize the design so that projects come in on time and under budget including decisions on system size, layout configuration, equipment selection, constructability, etc.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years residential PV design experience, including 1 years of commercial PV Design experience
NABCEP certification preferred.
Superior knowledge of AutoCAD, National Electrical Code (NEC), International Building Code (IBC), and applicable fire codes
In depth understanding of main panel upgrades and utility variance protocols for both commercial solar, Rule 21, line side taps, and energy storage interconnection policy
Superior knowledge of residential and commercial PV construction
Superior knowledge of electrical and mechanical design theory and concepts; ability to breakdown complex engineering ideas for customers new to PV and/or storage
In depth understanding of different interconnection methods and viability

POSITION SUMMARY
As a Strategic Technical Product Lead you will be responsible for leading the effort that links our Grid Services products and Data Integration services. As the business partner to the tech team, you will be responsible for visioning and overseeing a best in class data platform for operating Virtual Power Plants consisting of multiple battery vendors and other distributed energy resource technologies. You must be excited to lead the build of a new technical product that requires an organized data warehouse for storing, validating, organizing, aggregating, and serving time-based energy data. The data infrastructure must help standardize the way we handle observability and monitoring.
In this role you will understand core business objectives and lead and define the future state technology platform vision. The Strategic Technical Product Lead role will define business requirements for the backend data pipeline, schema and API strategy to manage DPPs through a centralized command platform with a front-end product interface for internal and external users. Core to the data architecture will be API connectivity to battery and DERMS vendors, full stack web app development, data processing and normalization (e.g. telemetry), and data visualization (e.g. map and display all batteries, etc.).
You will also act as Sunrun's public facing technology expert and be expected to assist the business development and policy teams in partner meetings, at conferences, and in regulatory proceedings.
You will work closely with the Operations Team, TPMs, engineering leads, AI managers and designers across our product and platform teams. You will be seen as an advocate and thought leader about Grid Services technology strategy - i.e. OpenADR, IEEE 2030.5 protocols, etc. - and be expected to speak externally on these subjects as the lead SME. This role will continue after the initial technology build and will evolve into maintenance, improvement, and scaling of the platform as well as responsibility for aspects of the performance of the platform and the fleet.

+ Monitors and reports on supply chain project requirements, including material supply, transportation, and discrepancies, and field laydown yards, to support operational performance and decision-making
+ Collaborates with key supply chain and procurement stakeholders to support material planning and prioritization activities, working closely with teams to source and expedite critical materials
+ Maintains data integrity and reporting for key metrics (e.g., materials movement and handling time/efficiency, loss reporting, stock levels, and safety incident performance) to track operational performance and evaluate potential risk
+ Conducts root cause analysis of performance issues and proposes initiatives to optimize operational activities, driving continuous improvement and cost savings
+ Provides strategic recommendations and reports to management throughout the supply chain and procurement teams to support informed decision-making and align with organizational goals
+ Leverages expertise in data and cost analysis to monitor and track the performance of operations, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks, and developing actionable insights to drive operational excellence
+ Works directly with various suppliers at tactical levels to maintain effective supplier relationships, fostering open communication, collaboration, and mutual success
+ Identifies and implements supplier performance goals related leveraging data-driven insights to drive improvements
+ A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Five or more years of experience in supply chain sourcing, supplier relationship management, and process optimization.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Production & Inventory Control or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
+ Experience with inventory management including forecasting, identifying trends and risk including maintaining materials/system parameters.
+ Typically possesses five or more years of experience in an analytical position with proficiency using MS Excel (performing formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, etc.) to develop reports, presentations, and analyses.
+ Experience with utility or manufacturing industries
+ Demonstrated experience developing/recommending inventory stocking strategies
+ Demonstrated experience in project management tools and methodology.
+ Demonstrated experience participating in cross-discipline teams.
+ Demonstrated ability to mine and compile data from various sources.
+ Demonstrated experiendce scheduling and organizing data within multiple assignments, tasks and projects and adjusting to changing priorities.

+ This position's work mode is on-site. The employee will report to an SCE facility or in the field location. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
