Overview The Project Analyst is responsible for managing various process improvement efforts around inventory management, partner management, and other efforts as needed. The role will be integral in moving forward key initiatives to reduce cost and improve efficiency and accuracy. Key duties include conducting research, creating reports, managing projects, and communicating with stakeholders, while essential skills include analytical thinking, problem-solving, and a basic understanding of data analysis. Responsibilities * Manage various New Homes initiatives around Inventory Management, Accounts Payable, Partner Support, and other functions * Assess builder process and procedure, analyze viability, and implement new processes amongst internal operations stakeholders as applicable * Be a subject matter expert for all aspects related to Inventory Support, Payables, Admin, and Field Execution for New Home solar and battery installations * Evaluate current and past business data to identify trends and patterns, often using specific business intelligence tools. * Collect and document business and system requirements from stakeholders. * Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend data-driven solutions. * Prepare reports and present findings to management and other internal or external and executive stakeholders. * Support the full project lifecycle, including testing and implementation, and facilitate communication between different teams. * Communicate tasks to internal workgroups and ensure completion in a timely manner * Assist AR and AP in preparation of payment tranches per strategic partner contractual terms Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. * Minimum of 3 - 5 years of previous project coordination experience. * Solar and/or production building experience preferred. * Demonstrated customer service skills. * Strong verbal and written skills. * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * Detail-oriented and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. * Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Salesforce, and internet use, Oracle experience a plus. * Strong data analytics skills; ability to build reports, analyze, and manipulate data to derive insights and recommendations. * Strong work ethic. * Ability to prioritize and complete a variety of simultaneous tasks with a high level of organization.
