Qualifications: · High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years of experience in a customer service environment (call center or remote work experience is preferred). ·Comfortable navigating PCs and standard business software, and able to provide technical support and troubleshooting. · Driven to be proficient with service delivery and quality metrics, insurance policy concepts, billing practices and technical troubleshooting skills · Able to commit to the entirety of the training program and receptive to coaching and feedback.
