CUSTOMER SERVICE / ADMINISTRATIVE - HYBRID IN WORCESTER, MA

In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer contact and for providing timely, quality service to Agents, commercial policy holders, and vendors primarily by phone and email. This includes handling incoming/outbound phone calls, issuing certificates of insurance, and other policy servicing items.
Pay Rate: $20/hour.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide timely, quality service by responding to customer requests from a variety of sources and handle calls & email from policyholders, agents, peers or others.
• Makes outbound callouts for New Business, Renewal and Customer Satisfaction calls, and completes a large volume of Certificate of Insurance Requests, and handles indexing several CSC Outlook mailboxes.
• Other areas of focus could include, First Party Collections calls/emails, Returned Mail calls/email requests and incoming Voice emails.
• May answers telephone inquiries from Commercial lines policy owners and Agents for certificate requests.
• Completes certificate of insurance and ID card requests within service level expectations.
• All our calls are recorded for Quality purposes, Call and Certificate Quality is reviewed monthly.
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years of experience in a customer service environment (call center or remote work experience is preferred).
·Comfortable navigating PCs and standard business software, and able to provide technical support and troubleshooting.
· Driven to be proficient with service delivery and quality metrics, insurance policy concepts, billing practices and technical troubleshooting skills
· Able to commit to the entirety of the training program and receptive to coaching and feedback.

Responsibilities
As a local Delivery Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering propane to our customers while ensuring the highest standards of safety and customer service. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Safely operate a propane delivery truck along provided delivery routes
Filling residential and/or commercial bulk tanks with propane
Delivering propane cylinders to commercial/industrial customers
Perform all daily functions in a safe manner by adhering to all federal and state codes and
regulations in addition to all AmeriGas Safety and Operations Policies and Procedures
Consistent use of required Personal Protective Equipment
Depending on fluctuating needs, work 8 to 12-hour shifts
Requirements
All Delivery Representatives should have a valid class A or B CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements
Acceptable driving record
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Ability to lift up to 70lbs

Compensation
The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Nexamp ranges from $23.00-$28.00 per hour. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual bonus programs based on individual and company performance, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans). Additionally, you may be eligible to participate in the Company's stock option plan. We work hand-in-hand with cities and local community organizations to connect communities of color, non-English speakers, and renters to energy-saving programs and affordable renewable energy, which help families save money, make their homes healthier, and combat climate change. We are also creating new pathways into clean energy jobs, increasing green career opportunities for people of color, multilingual individuals, and women.
We're seeking a caring and detail-oriented, fully bilingual Customer Action Representative to help Portuguese- and English-speaking residents in the Merrimack Valley navigate their way through Massachusetts' generous, but complicated energy efficiency programs. You must be fluent in verbal and written English and Portuguese at a professional level. You will play a critical role in ensuring the residents we meet receive high-quality support to access programs that can save their families money and make their homes healthier and more comfortable. The Customer Action Representative will be the primary contact point in helping Merrimack Valley, Framingham, and Massachusetts families access energy efficiency and renewable energy programs.
Responsibilities consist of supporting residents through every step of their home energy journey, in English and Portuguese:
Perform intake by phone and occasionally in-person through walk-ins at the Lawrence-based office.
Conduct eligibility screenings for clients to help them better understand what programs are available to them.
Assist in finding and scheduling contractors to complete required work, including an initial no-cost home energy assessment.
Make occasional in-home visits to collect data necessary to assess opportunities for home electrification during, before, or after third-party home energy assessments
Follow up with residents who have received energy assessments to help them understand recommendations and remove barriers to adding insulation to their homes.
Collaborate with the supervisor to evaluate performance and customer satisfaction by analyzing customer call recordings.
Assist clients with qualification and application support for rebates, incentives, and financing for their projects.

Co-manage projects with partner organizations and vendors to give and receive updates for the clients.
Maintain organized contact records and other data about partnerships and community members, as well as program successes and challenges.

Required Qualifications:

Creates supply plans in conjunction with Gas Supply Planning for each area, which contain forecasted requirements and storage injection and withdrawal activity. 5. Negotiates and executes spot gas purchase contracts as required to implement the gas supply acquisition program. Prepares and issues annual or seasonal Requests for Proposals for gas supply. Evaluates offers received and makes appropriate recommendations to management. Negotiates contract terms with suppliers. Assists in drafting and implementing the terms of Asset Management Agreements and performs related capacity releases in compliance with FERC rules. Prepares and issues transaction confirmations for gas supply contracts pursuant to NAESB contract provisions. 6. Performs deal entry, confirmations and nominations as required to comply with the associated agreements. 7. Maintains updated information regarding contract terms and tariff rates with pipelines and suppliers. Communicates to planning group the operational changes that are needed in contracts. 8. Establishes and maintains good working relationships with pipeline and storage representatives and suppliers. 9. Performs all gas accounting functions related to supplier and pipeline and storage invoices, which includes verification of data for accuracy and attachment of all required documentation in order to fulfill requirements for approval and final payment. Tiers and Skill Progression
Tier I - Customer Experience Representative I
Handles standard customer service transactions including:
Bulky item requests
Payment processing (e.g., WebPak, masking calls)
Creating service requests and work orders
Basic documentation and account maintenance
Customer complaints and escalations following procedure (e.g., RTM, Code Red)
Adheres to standard call handling procedures and quality assurance
Processes digital requests (bulky, CS, graffiti, illegal dumping portals, chats, social media)
Supports lobby operations and safety audits
Submits basic adjustments (e.g., late fees, declined charges)
Tier II - Customer Experience Representative II
Includes all Tier I responsibilities, plus:
Advanced residential account maintenance and billing
Proficient in company systems with emphasis on proration and workflow efficiency
Handles more complex digital requests (e.g., service level changes, LA changes, CS quality)
Submits intermediate account adjustments such as back billing
Tier III - Customer Experience Representative III
Includes all Tier I and II responsibilities, plus:

Required Qualifications
