You have to be able to adapt. I don't see this as a con, but some people might. If you can adjust quickly to changes you will be fine

Stock equity. It's stacking up for me and I can't wait to see this grow (stock is low currently so best time to get stock equity)

For sales reps, be confident but also humble. Be open to advice and feedback. Leadership skills are a must-have.

Inclusive & supportive.

Working away from home. I live in Idaho however, solar makes the most sense in California right now.

Being my own boss. It's incredible how much harder you have to push yourself when no one is counting on you but yourself.
