    The Specialty Sales Representative is primarily responsible for achieving sales forecast and gaining access of promoted products and, subsequently, sales of products within assigned territory. The Specialty Sales Representative is also responsible for coordinating sales strategies with appropriate teammates to maximize sales in assigned territory. The position reports into the Regional Sales Manager. Essential Duties • Attract visitors and staff booth at shows and events • Promote product and provide basic product overviews to attendees • Book appointments • Maintain a professional appearance throughout event • Ensure cleanliness and organization of booth • Engage with passers-by to draw them into the booth • Explain basic product features and benefits • Secure entry forms or book in home sales appointments • Collect daily leads and provide to Event Coordinator Qualifications • Strong communications skills • Positive, outgoing personality • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Travel to booked shows/events (must have reliable transportation) • Ability to stand for long periods of time • Ability to lift 30 pounds • Available to work weekends Hourly base pay of $15-20/hr plus commissions per appointment set.
