Lead fleet technicians assist in the scheduling, coaching, and development of other team members. Roles and Responsibilities: Train, coach and provide day-to-day direction to team members as needed. Lakeland Auto Mall is looking for a qualified individual for our mobile automotive technician position. The mobile technician is responsible for performing maintenance, minor vehicle repairs and recalls at a customer's home or place of business. This position includes guaranteed hours AND a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates!
