It was small enough for you to get to know the residents personally.
Under staffed, not appreciated or acknowledged for hard work that you do. If you had issues with payroll or other concerns they might speak with you but never follow up or do anything to resolve the issue.
I didn’t have any. In orientation they said they offered certain things. When I tried asking multiple times about it, I was ignored.
Nothing. All the and staff care about is a pay check. Residents are left without help.
Filthy place. Residents aren't fed or diapers changed. They are left in dirty wet soiled beds.
No perks
The patients are awesome.
They are terrible at communication and do not compensate correctly for all they request from their workers. They also like to hire just for a body they do not care about work ethic at all!!!!
