Inspection of all incoming products - visually inspecting equipment and boxes ensuring quality product is received (no visual damage incurred during shipment). If damaged freight is received, you must get approval from manager before refusing delivery.
Ensure all parts and equipment items are kept with like parts and equipment and that bin locations are properly recorded in the inventory management system for ease of locating and inventory control. Consistency in location is a key result of these efforts.
Conduct random inventory cycle counts as requested by management to verify accurate stock counts.
Ensure shipping accuracy by confirming exact part numbers and/or model and serial numbers along with correct ordered amount against all order paperwork from sales and service. Discrepancies are to be immediately communicated to your manager.
Coordinate pick-up and deliveries with 3rd party carriers.
Receive stock deliveries, unpack, confirm receipt, and put away in correct location. Input and track inventory in ERP system and/or SAP.
Arrange stock transfers in/out of other branches - coordinate and stage service parts for service technicians.
Ensure compliance with all applicable EH&S and OSHA rules and laws, and company ISO quality standards.
Label units and equipment by creating a large 8.5 x 11 identification sheet indicating the model and serial number and placing on the outside of unit/equipment ensuring its visibility from the floor.
Units/equipment must be organized and stored in a central area for ease of retrieval and inventory counts.
Keeps the warehouse clean, organized, and accessible.

About this Role
Human and Organizational Performance is a foundational element of Quanta's Capacity Model. The Capacity Model (TCM) helps create a work environment that focuses on preventing an incident while also building the capacity for failure by always planning and executing our work as if failure is going to happen today. What You'll Do
Serves as a subject matter expert on The Capacity Model, helping Regional and Operating Company leadership develop comprehensive TCM integration strategies. Interface with individual projects and customers to troubleshoot issues and to ensure that value is being realized.
Enhance and protect company assets through an organized repair and maintenance program that emphasizes safety and preventative maintenance. Track and evaluate results of the program to determine effectiveness.
As vehicle fleet manager, coordinates the achievement of cost savings through vendor selections and review, develops favorable contract agreements and resolves service and management problems. Continually seeks out and reviews programs for service improvement and/or cost reduction. Provides direction and coordination on global vehicle fleet matters for all of Austin Industries and its other operating companies.
Develop and manage specialty fleet programs that are requested by any of the operating companies, such as driver monitoring.
Shares responsibility for overall division performance including financial results and adherence to sound internal controls.
Performs an active leadership role in the strategic direction of the equipment division and in its operating policy and procedures. Works to improve operations in all areas. Coordinates with other Austin operating companies to gain cost efficiencies, maximize purchasing leverage, increase fleet utilization, and to work towards greater synergy.
Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and municipal laws related to vehicle sales and rentals and related services including all corporate and division policies and procedures dealing with employment, compensation, health, safety, labor/management relations, etc. Take corrective action where necessary and notify and/or involve corporate personnel where required or needed.

Senior IT Manager - JD Edwards & Logistics Systems
We're seeking an experienced Senior IT Manager for one of our clients to lead their IT team and drive the performance and evolution of their logistics technology stack, with a focus on JD Edwards ERP and Blue Yonder warehouse management systems. This role is responsible for ensuring that technology solutions effectively support business operations and align with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Technology & Systems Oversight:
Oversee the ongoing support, optimization, and enhancement of JD Edwards and related logistics systems.
Ensure systems align with business needs across supply chain, warehouse, and logistics operations.
Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, vendor relationships, and internal stakeholder engagement.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT professionals, including business analysts, developers, and application administrators.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Manage workload allocation, performance reviews, and training programs to support professional growth and team efficiency.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience in the field.
Minimum of 10 years of IT experience, including at least 5 years managing IT applications teams.
7+ years of functional and technical experience with JD Edwards ERP (version 9.2.x or later), with expertise in modules such as Order Management, Finance, Accounting, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Procurement.
Strong understanding of the JD Edwards Development Lifecycle, including Object Management Workbench (OMW), EnterpriseOne, UDCs, and project workflows.
Proven ability to lead IT teams and manage complex projects effectively.
Proficiency in ERP integrations, data management, and reporting tools.
