This role supports approximately 1000 iPhones and iPads and is part of the IT Help Desk team. The position focuses on device provisioning, enrollment, basic MDM policy assignment, app deployment, and end user support for phone and app related issues. This role does not design or manage MDM policies, but applies one of two predefined policies as part of standard device setup.
