Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls for all departments (sales, service, parts) and route them appropriately

Perform light administrative duties as needed to support communication and service

Participating iin required agency training, required CE and company mandated training
Handling incoming customer service calls (average 7 per day) vehicle change, address change, take payments, etc. and take opportunity to cross sell any additional lines to the household
Setting Financial Services Appointments (2 life leads per week minimum) for life/financial services quotes (do not need to be life licensed to generate leads)

Monthly Commission Compensation: Lou Fusz Insurance offers a competitive base weekly pay plus great commissions on all new business written. Chargebacks do occur when policy is not in force for a minimum of 6 months.
Compensation is to be paid on the 15th (or paycheck closest to the 15th) of the month following production.

Responsibilities
Calculate the customer's bill using the dealership's computer system
Receive cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order and/or counter ticket
Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers
Answer phones and direct consumers to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner
Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution
Operate switchboard telephone system
Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, striving to minimize the number of time customers spend on hold
Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed
Be friendly, professional, courteous, and efficient when working with all customers and employees
Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently
Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel

Keeps new- and used-vehicle lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the general manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.
Sweeps, shovels or vacuums loose debris or salvageable scrap into containers and removes containers from work areas.
Inspects parts, equipment, or vehicles for cleanliness, damage, and compliance with standards or regulations.
Drives vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
Makes key tags for vehicles.

Qualifications
Driver's License required
Must be able to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
