He has worked as Assistant Director Capital Program Management at State University Construction Fund, Director Of Facilities Management at State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Cobleskill, and Assistant Director Facilities Projects at SUNY Oneonta. Lachlan attended University of Newcastle between 1982 and 1986.
