OBJECTIVES: The Academic Counselor will be located in the Norwich City School District, Norwich High School, serving students in grades 9-12 (5 days per week; 12-month position) and will also serve students grades 6-12 as an academic support coordinator for tutoring service. * Responsible for assisting the Project Director to ensure the goals, objectives, and activities set forth for LPP are achieved.
* Serve as liaison between the school and community, at-risk youth, and their families, and the LPP Advisory Committee.
* Assist in identifying and selecting "at-risk" youth to participate in support services offered by the LPP program. Follow each child's case carefully by monitoring behavioral, emotional, and academic improvements.
* Help foster students' development of a positive self-image and motivation to obtain a high school diploma, and foster college and career readiness. As necessary, assist in making referrals to outside agencies.
* Recruit outside individuals, as well as student volunteers to provide tutoring to students who are experiencing academic difficulty.
* Plan and secure opportunities for LPP student mentorship within the program.
* Meet regularly with LPP staff and interested parties for training, networking, and support.

* Assist with the management of all aspects of the occupancy and room assignment process for new and returning students during the academic year including move in/out, break housing, room condition reports/facilities, summer occupancy, living learning communities' applications, academic dismissals, housing license and housing policy guide, housing accommodations, assignments, applications, and billing.
* Assist in the overall management and supervisory responsibility for Russell Hall. This includes programming series development, supervision of RA staff, occupancy management, building maintenance, advising hall council, and enforcing community norms and standards.

The SUNY Delhi Aquatic Center is seeking lifeguards for the Kunsela Hall Pool. The Kunsela Hall Pool is open to the college and surrounding community. We provide a welcoming, fun, and safe multipurpose space that services individuals from infancy through adulthood, in water safety and recreation to contribute to the quality of their lives.
General Lifeguard Duties:
* Patron surveillance and preventing the injuries before they occur.
* Supervising swimming activities at the aquatics facility and ensure that all policies, guidelines, and safety procedures are followed.
* Administers first aid in the event of injury, rescues swimmers in distress or danger of drowning, and administers CPR and/or artificial respiration, if necessary.
* Responsible for opening and closing the aquatics facility.

* Provides general upkeep and maintenance of the pool, locker rooms and First Aid room via specific cleaning schedules.

Head Lifeguard Duties:
