Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or equivalent experiences
2 - 8 years of experience in leading cross-functional teams in corporate environment, with solid product promotion experiences in hardware components preferred
Prior technical marketing experiences in ODM/OEM projects preferred
Ability to engage with both vendor and clients, creating business opportunity through ecosystem partnership is a plus
Strong analytical, marketing and project management skills - a drive for results and a history of successful execution on projects is a plus
Strong communication (both verbal and written) and presentation skills
Technical hands-on experiences on key components (Memory, Storage, CPU, GPU) qualification or application engineering experience
Understanding in the key features of server and key components, with in-depth knowledge about its market

Qualifications:
* BS/MS Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering preferred, 3+ years relevant work experience with storage component and system, server and hard drives industry preferred.
* 2+ years of experience in Equipment/Machine maintenance and Basic knowledge for programmable logic controller (PLC) preferred.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be able to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization
* Must have the ability to lead cross-functional teams consisting of operators, supervisors and technicians
* Must be knowledgeable in statistical quality control and design of experiments

Job Description:
As a Principal Engineer - Project Management, you will lead the development of next-generation networking products from concept to market release. You will be responsible for project planning and execution, ensuring that hardware design, embedded software, and system-level testing are aligned. Project Planning & Execution: Create and manage the master schedule and budget for complex networking hardware and software projects, ensuring all deliverables meet market requirements.
