Essential Duties:
This Respiratory Therapist PRN is responsible for patients with respiratory and respiratory-related equipment. The Respiratory Therapist PRN has the responsibility of the assessment of the patient needs and the selection, instruction, and troubleshooting of appropriate equipment and or service provided to meet those needs; maintaining appropriate documentation.
Responsibilities:
Receives and documents the order for respiratory equipment and or services from the customer service, patient, caregiver, physician, and or family member.
Collects additional information and or documentation needed from insurance or physician
Assesses the need of the patient and the best choice of respiratory therapy or services needed
Responsible for the instruction and education in the proper use and care of respiratory equipment according to the written policies and procedures for the patient, family, and or caregiver.
Communicates with the patient's physician on changes in patient's condition or needs and carries out adjustment to the patient's Plan of Care
Completes patient accounts paperwork including Plan of Care-treatment/assessments
Acts as liaison between SuperCare Health and the patient, family, caregiver and physician
Assumes full responsibility for their own actions, professional skills, and attitudes
Follow all policies and procedures as outlined by JCAHO
Follows up visit for respiratory patients and assists in continuity of care as needed and determined by policy and procedure
Provides 24-hour on call service, seven days a week as scheduled
Responsible for setting up respiratory equipment within the appointment/ETA given to ensure patient satisfaction
Provides services for marketing department and all other departments as necessary
Demonstrates timeliness, courtesy, sincerity and patience when dealing with patients.
Supports SuperCare Health by being loyal and informing the office of concerns and problems to be resolved
Understand and adheres to all of SuperCare Health company policies
To remain knowledgeable to date on all products
Maintain a professional, safe, and clean work environment
Education and or Work Experience:
Graduate from accredited RT Care Program (licensed RCP)
Experience as Respiratory Therapist PRN
Thorough knowledge and skill related to respiratory care field
Excellent customer service and communication skills
People-sensitive characteristics with a genuine desire to help others
Detail oriented
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

Essential Duties:
The Respiratory Therapist 1 is responsible for patients with respiratory and respiratory-related equipment. The RT-1 as the responsibility of the assessment of the patient needs and the selection, instruction, and troubleshooting of appropriate equipment and or service provided to meet those needs; maintaining appropriate documentation. RT-1 applies to all new hires for a minimum of 1 year (exceptions will exist for those coming to SCH with sufficient homecare work experience or return employees). RT-1 employees will be eligible for consideration to transition to RT-2 after 1 year of employment with SuperCare Health. Transition to RT-2 will be based on the discretion of the Clinical Leadership and on employee performance both operationally and clinically.

This Respiratory Therapist PRN is responsible for patients with respiratory and respiratory-related equipment. Responsibilities:
Receives and documents the order for respiratory equipment and or services from the customer service, patient, caregiver, physician, and or family member.
Collects additional information and or documentation needed from insurance or physician
Assesses the need of the patient and the best choice of respiratory therapy or services needed
Responsible for the instruction and education in the proper use and care of respiratory equipment according to the written policies and procedures for the patient, family, and or caregiver.
Communicates with the patient's physician on changes in patient's condition or needs and carries out adjustment to the patient's Plan of Care
Completes patient accounts paperwork including Plan of Care-treatment/assessments
Acts as liaison between SuperCare Health and the patient, family, caregiver and physician
Assumes full responsibility for their own actions, professional skills, and attitudes
Follow all policies and procedures as outlined by JCAHO
Follows up visit for respiratory patients and assists in continuity of care as needed and determined by policy and procedure
Provides 24-hour on call service, seven days a week as scheduled
Responsible for setting up respiratory equipment within the appointment/ETA given to ensure patient satisfaction
Provides services for marketing department and all other departments as necessary
Demonstrates timeliness, courtesy, sincerity and patience when dealing with patients.
Supports SuperCare Health by being loyal and informing the office of concerns and problems to be resolved
Understand and adheres to all of SuperCare Health company policies
To remain knowledgeable to date on all products
Maintain a professional, safe, and clean work environment
Education and or Work Experience:
Graduate from accredited RT Care Program (licensed RCP)
Experience as Respiratory Therapist PRN
Thorough knowledge and skill related to respiratory care field
Excellent customer service and communication skills
People-sensitive characteristics with a genuine desire to help others
Detail oriented
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

Essential Duties:
The Respiratory Therapist 1 is responsible for patients with respiratory and respiratory-related equipment. The RT-1 as the responsibility of the assessment of the patient needs and the selection, instruction, and troubleshooting of appropriate equipment and or service provided to meet those needs; maintaining appropriate documentation. RT-1 applies to all new hires for a minimum of 1 year (exceptions will exist for those coming to SCH with sufficient homecare work experience or return employees). Transition to RT-2 will be based on the discretion of the Clinical Leadership and on employee performance both operationally and clinically.

Provides services for marketing department and all other departments as necessary
Demonstrates timeliness, courtesy, sincerity and patience when dealing with patients.
Supports SuperCare Health by being loyal and informing the office of concerns and problems to be resolved

Maintain a professional, safe, and clean work environment
Education and or Work Experience:
Graduate from accredited RT Care Program (licensed RCP)

The Respiratory Therapist 1 is responsible for patients with respiratory and respiratory-related equipment. Essential Duties:
The Respiratory Supervisor is responsible for the general operation and leadership of all Chronic Care Programs managed under the TeleCare team.
Responsibilities:
Day to day supervision of TCT RT, Care Coaches, Sleep Coaches, and related outsourced entities
Manage the processes and operation for all care management software, such as conducting training, providing necessary support, and help create clinical pathways and workflows related to implementation of care management software.
Trains and supports staff as necessary, work collaboratively with the Clinical Operations Manager and Director of Respiratory Services to recruit, interview, and hire appropriate candidates for the TeleCare team.
Responsible for team member's timesheets and monthly on call scheduling; assures completion of weekly call logs.
Performs team member weekly reviews as well as monthly team meetings.
Prepares and present data reports and plans of action to reporting Clinical Operations Manager and Director of Respiratory Services.
Provides coaching and corrective action plans to employees under the supervision of the Clinical Operations Manager.
Oversight of but not limited to RDT Process, TCT phone ques, Sleep Coach processes, PAP Unbilled Revenue, Clinical review processes, DF task management and Dept CFI responses
Day to Day execution of CCM programs (C-19, iBreathe, NIV Plus, iAmStrong, iSleep)
Supports purchasing escalations
Provides alternative products or therapy options related to back orders
Travel associated with team oversight, including but not limited to:
Overnight travel
Conference/Training seminar
Out of state travel
Works within developing software systems (i.e., Chronic Care Programs).
Reviews all information for accuracy and completeness in regards to the enrollment of patients into all Chronic Care Programs and maintains program information on all patients with in the electronic documentation system and additional data base.
Maintains equipment logs, and inventory.
Schedules Interdisciplinary Care Team meetings, acts as a conduit to all members of the TCT, supports marketing department, and attend offsite trainings.
When necessary responds to telephonic, electronic, and written inquiries from in house departments, care client staff including, care managers, and clinical staff. Responds to patient and family inquiries.

Qualifications:
Education and/or Experience:
Valid RCP License
Valid RRT CA License
High School diploma required.
Three (3) years' experience of customer service or transaction processing in a Managed Care setting required.
Medicare Advantage and Medicare Advantage Part D health plan with knowledge of enrollment activities preferred.
Working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, and Access with proficient typing skills.
Understanding of Android and IOS systems.

Compensation DOE with a range of: $36.00- $56.70 hourly with a typical starting pay between $40.00 - $42.00 hourly
