Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage complex construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Prepare contracts, negotiate revisions, and collaborate with internal contracts teams.

Oversee project financials, including profit & loss responsibility and financial projections.
Provide strong leadership and supervision to project teams, including other Project Managers, Field Managers, Project Engineers, and field crews.
Work closely with in-house Estimators and Sales teams to review bids and develop proposals.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Demonstrate a commitment to 24/7 safety and quality control on all projects. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, or a related field will receive increased consideration.
3+ years of relevant experience in the industrial construction and/or restoration industry will receive increased consideration.
Proven ability to manage construction projects valued between $1-5 million.
Experience with structural concrete repair, strengthening, and/or industrial maintenance projects will receive increased consideration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management/forecasting tools.
Strong leadership skills to train and mentor others effectively.

ProSidian Seeks a Construction Field Superintendent(Rigging Experience) - Construction (CO103) (Procurement Services / Building 707-9B Rm11 / Aiken, SC 29859 | MID LEVEL - HR) to support an engagement for a liquid waste contractor (Savannah River Remediation [SRR]) at the Savannah River Site in Aiken, SC, which is owned by the U.S. Department of Energy.
Construction Field Superintendent(Rigging Experience) - Construction (CO103) Candidates shall work to support requirements for RFQ200246R -Construction Field Superintendent(Rigging Experience) (Construction Services).
Safety is a primary responsibility in each job performed. Obtain safety training, obey safety rules, and make safety an integral part of each task. Take the necessary steps to stop work if continuing the job is unsafe or will create an unsafe condition.
Construction Specific Responsibilities:
- Assists Field Managers in directing the actual construction of multiple capital projects to their overall successful completion and DOE satisfaction.
- Serves as a member of the project team and design review board for each project from inception to closeout and ensures the highest quality, most economical, timely, and practical design and construction product possible.
- Coordinates construction outage schedules, cost controls, priorities, and planning with project / construction management and plant schedulers to achieve successful project implementation.
- Resolves quality control and quality assurance issues and recommends corrective action if necessary.
- Coordinates with design / construction engineering for scheduling of design outputs and provides design with necessary input to resolve design changes and improve constructability.
- Promotes increased productivity and safe work practices with the intent of maximizing use of resources and eliminating injuries.
- Fosters a "team concept" when interfacing with operations, DOE, other departments and divisions and attend scheduled and unscheduled meetings, provide reports, status on projects and identify, address and resolve problems.
- Reviews and approves job plans, permits, material requisitions for capital expenditures, schedules/schedule changes and miscellaneous other documents ensuring accuracy, practicality, economics, and impact on other projects.
- Manages a staff of personnel assigned to capital projects and maintenance orders and attending to their development, training, evaluations, career progression and problems.
- Identifies and acts on engineering and material restraints to critical jobs through meetings, discussions, reports and verifies that proper tools are in place to clear restraints.
Design output constructability reviews:
- Review design output and vendor documents
- Field walk down with construction engineers
- Verify design constructability including procedure and code compliance
- Verify field conditions vs. Design output

- Submit constructability comments
- Track comments to resolution
Work Execution Field Coverage & Support:
- Lead pre-job briefings with craft workers
- Perform task ready walk down with craft
- Verify quantities of installed commodities

- Expedite / validate needed material as required
- Coordinate and status shop fabrication in support of field execution
- Perform field inspections
- Identify and coordinate resolution of field installation issues
Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and at least 8 years of practical experience in construction management / supervision.
