The Superintendent/Foreman manages the daily site activities for Foundations projects by ensuring the project is constructed in accordance with safety, design, budget, and schedule. The Superintendent/Foreman directly manages the lead personnel and staff on each project site. Site superintendent oversee all types of craft workers onsite on a fast paced construction project.
