Manage the construction, commissioning, and turnover of a Data Center within a campus program 2. Manage the budget associated with the project 3. Manage warranty and tenant improvement work in the live environment when/as necessary 6. Communicate upward regarding the status and risks of the project 7. Support the local DC Ops team and other cross-functional departments as needed 19. Promote and model an attitude of continuous improvement, partnership, and teamwork in behaviors and communications 20. Support and lead an industry leading safety program 21. Promote and model an environment of openness to giving, seeking, and receiving 360-degree feedback 22. 10% travel to headquarters 23. Respond on an as-needed basis to emergencies **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 24. 7+ years of work experience in construction management 25. Multi-Project experience in large scale construction management, mission critical, infrastructure, and or data center construction 26.
