Proven experience delivering NYC-based projects with strong understanding of DOB, permitting, and local regulations. Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple large-scale projects concurrently. NYC Local Law 196 SST Supervisor Card (62 Hours) required.
