Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word. Strong understanding of supplier and subcontractor scopes of work. Preferred Completion of a 4-year degree. OSHA 10, 30, or 40-hour construction safety certifications. Familiarity with ProCore construction management software. Estimating experience, particularly in preparing change orders. Working knowledge of Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6 scheduling tools. Desired Degree in Construction Management or Engineering. Proven experience managing efficient and accurate project billing. Familiarity with contract administration and interpretation. Process knowledge of treatment plants.
