Qualifications: 5-10 years of experience in construction management or as a superintendent, preferably in commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments. Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and building codes. Proven ability to manage multiple trades and meet aggressive timelines. Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills. Proficient in construction software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project, Bluebeam. OSHA 30 Certification preferred. Ability to read and interpret construction documents and plans. Strong communication and organizational skills. Valid driver license and willingness to travel locally to job sites. Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering. Base salary $100,000 + up to 20% bonus. Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: 10 years of experience in the construction industry and trades 4-year degree in Construction Management or Engineering highly preferred OSHA 30 training required. Mechanical Construction project experience and in-depth working knowledge of mechanical, sheet metal MEP and/or associated building methods Working knowledge of basic principles of business regarding project oversight and budgeting Proficient in MS Office Suite Able to decipher and understand technical drawings and blueprints, manuals and produce specification sheets, and engineering and architectural drawings and schematics.
