This is a $1M - $2M build, and the client is looking for an experienced leader who can successfully deliver the project from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all phases of construction for a ground-up retail store. Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and site logistics. Ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Maintain strict safety compliance and enforce OSHA guidelines. Requirements: Strong background in ground-up construction, preferably retail projects. Proven ability to manage projects in the $1M - $2M range. OSHA 10 or 30 certification is required. This position directs the activities of crew workers on construction projects. Location This position works at various construction job site locations in OH and IN. Both daily and overnight travel is required.
