The Project Manager I will serve as a key leader, partnering with the Lead Superintendent and reporting to the Project Executive. This role is responsible for overseeing daily project operations including document control, procurement, communication, cost tracking, reporting, and team leadership throughout the full project lifecycle. The PM I will also manage the Assistant Project Manager to ensure effective execution of project tasks. Key Responsibilities Safety Support the Lead Superintendent in promoting a strong safety culture. Conduct at least 4 safety inspections per month.
