Job Description Job Title: Project Superintendent Corporate office location: Columbia, IL Mid America Contracting, Inc. is an industry leading commercial general contractor based out of Columbia, Illinois that provides service across the country. The Project Superintendent shall establish and enforce job site quality control programs to ensure quality completion of construction. Duties & Responsibilities: Provide direction to and resolve problems among subcontractors and vendors. Ability to identify deficient work and provide resolution. Communicate using the following tools: Procore, telephone, written logs, email, computer, photos. Blueprint reading. Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Project Endurance and ability to visit the entire job site, including stairs or other elevated structures. Monitoring jobsite general health and safety. Customer Service – Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; Responds promptly to customer needs; Solicits customer feedback to improve service; Responds to requests for service and assistance; Meets commitments.
