The Preconstruction Manager will oversee estimating, scheduling, design coordination, and client communication, ensuring each pursuit and project aligns with company standards and client expectations. Key Responsibilities
Oversee the preconstruction process for multiple projects of varying size and complexity.

You are the Myriad360 Cabling Superintendent-an experienced field leader responsible for overseeing the on-site implementation of structured cabling systems, including copper, fiber, low voltage pathways, terminations, and testing. You ensure that all cabling work is executed safely, on schedule, with high quality, and in full alignment with design specifications, industry standards, and client expectations. You serve as the day-to-day point of leadership for crews, subcontractors, and vendors, coordinating all cabling discipline activities across job site(s) with precision and professionalism.
About The Role
The Myriad360 Cabling Superintendent leads and manages the on-site execution of structured cabling systems-covering copper, fiber, low voltage pathways, terminations, and testing. This role is accountable for ensuring that all cabling work is performed safely, on time, with exceptional quality, and in conformance with design intent, applicable standards, and client requirements. Acting as the primary field leader, the Superintendent directs crews, oversees subcontractors, and coordinates vendors, ensuring seamless integration of all cabling-related activities across job site(s).
Travel up to 80% required based on project and client requirements with possibility of international travel (active passport required). Must be based in the United States and available evening hours and weekends.
Other responsibilities include:
Oversee and manage all onsite structured cabling work (copper, fiber, backbone, horizontal, pathways, pull / pull-through, terminations, splice, testing, labeling
Read, interpret, and enforce design drawings, specifications, work orders, standards (e.g. TIA, ANSI, BICSI practices) and contract documents
Develop the cabling work plan / schedule in coordination with the overall project schedule; set milestones for deliverables, cable pulls, terminations, testing, and closeout
Plan resource allocation: labor crews, subcontractors, tools, materials, spares, test equipment
Monitor field progress daily; perform and lead job walks; identify and mitigate risks or delays
Conduct quality control and inspections: verify cable routes, bend radius, slack loops, segregation of power/data, correct terminations, labeling, patch panel / rack work
Oversee testing and certification (e.g. OTDR, fiber loss, copper continuity, insertion loss, PoE testing) and approve test result
Manage change orders, RFIs, field deviations, field documentation, as-built (“red line”) drawings, punch lists, warranty submissions, closeout packages
Serve as the main on-site technical interface to the client, general contractor (GC), other trades, and design / engineering teams
Ensure compliance with safety rules, site policies, OSHA, and company safety standards
Mentor, train, and supervise technicians, foremen, and subcontractors in cabling best practices
Maintain inventory of cabling materials, tools, spools, test equipment, and ensure accountability for equipment

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage a team of schedulers (internal and contracted employees) that will carry out all functions of the scheduling team. This includes setting goals and aligning on deliverables of each team member to achieve the strategic objectives for the organization.
Develop schedule program requirements to be implemented across all data center projects. This may include, but not limited to, developing internal processes and requirements, developing requirements for GC contracts, creating standard milestones/definitions, creating standard project durations for early planning efforts, implementing consistent KPIs, overseeing project specific CPM schedules, and implementing earned value analysis.
Manage contractual scheduling requirements to be included in GC contracts. This will require ability to train/coach new project teams on how to implement scheduling requirements.
Review resource/cost loaded schedules to drive earned value analysis with project schedules.
Develop and implement KPIs (key performance indicators) to demonstrate current state project performance and detect potential issues.
Produce management level reports/indicators to demonstrate schedule performance across the portfolio of projects.
Develop E2E internal schedule to enable future projects and support the global governance efforts.
Effectively implement Last Planner / Pull Planning requirements into the scheduling requirements.
Review GC project schedules to identify potential concerns/issues with a focus on mitigation. This would include a review of the GC schedule to validate relationships, schedule logic, milestones, and constraints to determine the health of the project schedule.
Collaborate with project teams to develop early project schedules using data driven durations.
Partner closely with NTT GDCA preconstruction, design, and project management to plan the project and maintain control through the project life cycle.
Work closely with NTT GDCA suppliers to meet scheduling requirements
KNOWLEDGE & ATTRIBUTES
Fully versed in critical path scheduling requirements for construction projects.
Experience with Scheduling and Project Management software programs and/or tools such as: Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
Demonstrated ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications to understand, build, and approve/accept schedules produced by contractors
Experience in performing Time Impact Analysis and developing schedule frag nets as required, as well as analyzing monthly updated, revised and/or recovery schedules

A Day in the Life of a Sr. Construction Manager:

Position Mission:
The Senior Construction Manager will work with the development department to oversee and coordinate multiple construction projects from start to finish.
Targeted Salary range $125,000/yr to $140,000/yr and eligible for annual bonus.
Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
* Provides leadership in initial planning stage by collaborating with clients, architects, engineers, or other involved parties; develops detailed description of jobs and materials necessary to complete project.
* Schedules and coordinates projects in logical steps and budgets the time necessary to meet each deadline.
* Prepares and submits budget estimates and regularly communicates with client concerning budget progress and costs.
* Ensures adherence to the budget and, when unexpected complications or issues arise, makes quick and necessary adjustments.
* Plans, coordinates, organizes, oversees, and directs activities regarding the construction and remodels of assigned structures, facilities, and systems.
* Ensures safety standards and guidelines are followed on the jobsite and that all safety codes are met in construction.
* Oversees contract negotiations, revisions, and additions and adherence by all parties.
* Collaborates with team, supervisory staff, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve problems, including work procedures, complaints, and construction or design issues.
* Manages and leads actions that are necessary due to delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction sites.
* Develops and maintains good working relationships with a variety of people, including owners, managers, designers, supervisors, tradespersons, and craft workers.
* Performs other related duties as assigned.
* Ensures construction projects are completed on time and to the owner's satisfaction.
* Track deliveries and installations on projects.
* Receive invoices and review against quotes prior to approval
* Create construction file and assemble project close out documents.
* Obtain all requirements needed to request Landlord TI reimbursements.
* Review lease and coordinate utility and trash disposal services.
* Update status report weekly.
* Maintain all electronic construction file templates and ftp site.
Additional Responsibilities That May Be Performed:
* Working with the Design and Facilities teams to forecast long lead items.
* Review lease work exhibits for tenants' requirements on projects.
* Coordinate with design department project status / changes that affect prototype.
* Project specific vendor and order management as needed.
* Create ongoing relationship with LL management from possession date until project construction completion.
* Schedule, manage and follow-up turnover to Operations and completion of punch list items.
* Work closely with the Facilities Team regarding assistance with Sub-contractor lists for the successful GC and providing feedback on equipment specifications.
Internal/External Interactions:
* Works with various departments in organization.
* Must be able to communicate to all levels of Management.
* Must be able to take control and work independently without supervision.
Required Education, Experience and Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in construction science, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering preferred.
* Prior construction experience required.
* At least three to five years Construction Manager level experience required.
* Ability to Travel to construction sites often as needed to validate timelines and project status.
* Construction Manager certification by the American Institute of Constructors or Construction Management Association of America preferred.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
* Thorough understanding of contracts, plans, specifications, and regulations.
* Ability to remain flexible and efficient in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Need
Must have previous experience working in construction project management. Preferably, currently working in the role.
Previous experience creating TikTok content is a plus, but not required.
Compensation
The compensation is $500 for 30 simple TikTok videos plus a 45% affiliate commission on all course sales.
Based on previous creators, you can expect around $4,000/month in affiliate commissions after your first month from 2-3 hours of work per week, and top creators can make up to $20,000/month.
In addition to making a significant income on the side, you'll also be building your personal brand on social media and generating a following for yourself.
