A well-established regional contractor has multiple projects breaking ground in January and is seeking an experienced, hands-on Shell & Concrete Superintendent to lead daily field operations across large-scale commercial, residential, and municipal projects. This role is ideal for a Superintendent with strong experience managing structural shells from foundations through vertical concrete and building envelope.
The successful candidate will bring 5+ years of experience overseeing shell and structural concrete scopes, with a proven ability to manage complex schedules, multiple trades, and aggressive project milestones. You will be responsible for overall site execution, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This position requires close collaboration with Project Managers, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and inspectors to ensure smooth execution of foundations, slabs, columns, walls, decks, and structural concrete systems. A strong understanding of concrete forming systems, rebar installation, pours, finishing, and shell sequencing is essential.
The ideal Superintendent is OSHA certified, highly organized, and confident leading crews in fast-paced environments.
