Availability & On-Call Responsibilities
Work standard hours Monday - Friday, 6 AM - Close.

What You Need to Succeed:
πΉ Experience: 2-3 years as a Superintendent in commercial and residential roofing.
πΉ Roofing Knowledge: Familiar with BUR, TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, Tile, and Sheet Metal systems.
πΉ Technical Skills: Ability to troubleshoot roof leaks and manage repairs.
πΉ Leadership & Communication: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to train teams.
πΉ Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred.
