Identify all issues requiring PM attention along with their urgency and overall impact to the project. Notify the PM in a timely manner of any pending or actual changes to the work performed that may impact costs, schedule, contract, or customer relationship. Track all details related to changes to the work to ensure all accurate and timely Change Order Requests can be submitted.
