Job Responsibilities:
Works collaboratively with resources and sub suppliers in various disciplines to determine project priorities, schedule and work plans to meet milestones

Deep well Systems
Using Gus Pech Bucket Rig (or a drill rig similar) to install wells, set submersible pumps using pump hoist (pumps ranging from 2HP to 30HP), fuse HDPE pipe (pipe ranging from 6”-24”) for header/discharge, interconnect misc. fittings (butterfly valve, check valve, well seal, flow meter), along with hoses from well to header pipe. Hoses ranging from 2”-8”.
Wellpoint Systems
Using an Excavator with Jet Tube Attachment to install wellpoints, set vacuum units/header/discharge with heavy equipment (telehandler, skid steer, excavator).
Job Responsibilities
Complete all daily reporting and project specific paperwork daily.
Set daily project progress goals, in accordance with project labor budget, for crew and report progress or issues to Operations Manager.

Job Summary
The Superintendent will have a deep understanding of dewatering projects and how to execute them safely. They will manage personnel, material and equipment to safely install and remove dewatering systems.
Deep well Systems
Using Gus Pech Bucket Rig (or a drill rig similar) to install wells, set submersible pumps using pump hoist (pumps ranging from 2HP to 30HP), fuse HDPE pipe (pipe ranging from 6”-24”) for header/discharge, interconnect misc. fittings (butterfly valve, check valve, well seal, flow meter), along with hoses from well to header pipe. Hoses ranging from 2”-8”.
Wellpoint Systems
Using an Excavator with Jet Tube Attachment to install wellpoints, set vacuum units/header/discharge with heavy equipment (telehandler, skid steer, excavator).
Job Responsibilities
Complete all daily reporting and project specific paperwork daily.
Set daily project progress goals, in accordance with project labor budget, for crew and report progress or issues to Operations Manager.
Ensure all work is being performed safely, site safety procedures are being followed, all Griffin personnel are utilizing proper PPE and all work is being performed in accordance with Griffin's SOPs.
Assist the Operations Manager in obtaining, training and maintaining an effective workforce.
Safe operation of hand and power tools, pumps, fusing machines, and electrical equipment.
Maintain orderliness of project site as it pertains to Griffin.
Safe operation of diesel-powered hydraulic lifting equipment.
Follow directives accurately and efficiently.
Effectively communicate with supervisor and co-workers.
50%-75% travel time throughout the year
Work Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays locally or out of town.
When performing local work; average 50 hours per week.
When performing out of town work; average 60 hours a week
Job Requirements

Hi-Visual shirts / sweatshirts / jackets will be issued.
Transportation will be arranged from shop to jobsite for local work.
