This role will lead field operations for a $12M, 130-unit employee housing project. This project has already broken ground and is entering the vertical construction phase of steel. With a completion date of July 31, 2026, this superintendent will be the primary on-site leader driving schedule, quality, and safety. Responsibilities Serve as the lead field manager overseeing all site activities for a slab-on-grade, multi-unit housing project. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, site crews, and trades to ensure smooth operations. Manage and enforce project schedule, budget, quality standards, and safety protocols. Conduct daily site meetings, inspections, and progress reports to project leadership. Proactively resolve field conflicts and drive solutions to keep the project on track. Principal Duties & Responsibilities Prepare and execute contractor agreements written to ensure compliance with project specifications, budget, and schedule. Conduct annual performance reviews of direct reports. Manage project cost accounting and project budgets to limit financial risk. Manage drawing takeoffs, estimating and subcontractor agreements. Coordinates all aspects of the project work including equipment, materials, subcontractors, and vendors toward successful implementation of the project. Works with all project stakeholders, both internal and external to develop and maintain the project schedule. Maintains professional level of communication with subcontractors, equipment and material vendors, owners, inspectors, etc. Contribute/manage efforts to problem solve for drawing conflicts and coordination with project consultants, site managers, etc. Manage closeout effort of the projects including commissioning, training, warranties and operation and maintenance manuals for turn over to O&M dept.
