I am currently representing one of the largest GC's in the US, who work on large scale commercial projects valued at $50m+. You will be responsible for the planning, management, and execution of all aspects of moderately complex construction projects. This leadership role involves managing on-site teams, orchestrating construction sequencing, and ensuring project goals are met regarding safety, quality, and profitability. A direct career path up to Senior Superintendent. Key Responsibilities Field Leadership & Safety Safety Culture: Lead the project's safety culture by mentoring staff and maintaining an injury-free environment. Investigate incidents and implement retraining as necessary. Field Management: Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff to ensure a seamless workflow. Site Control: Coordinate the care, custody, and control of the project site, including logistics and work-plan development for self-performed tasks. Project Execution & Scheduling Scheduling: Create and manage the master project schedule, implementing changes as needed to ensure timely delivery. Construction Superintendent II Duties and Responsibilities: This role involves overseeing and coordinating field construction activities across multiple trade disciplines (e.g., electrical, plumbing, mechanical, finishes) to ensure safe, timely, and quality project execution.
