Evaluate the Project Manager in a timely basis in accordance with Company procedure. Establish, monitor and enforce the security of the Job Site. Ensure that the most recent job specification is being used. Maintain daily communications with the Project Manager to assure the timely passing of critical information. Promptly notify the Safety Consultant, Controller, General Superintendent and Project Manager, in accordance with established procedures, of any accidents. Provide written Daily Reports to the Project Manager with accurate and detailed information. Ensure that required inspections occur to verify the quality of work performed on the Job Sites and that inspections are timely. Promptly, notify the Project Manager of any problems that arise that will have an impact on price or completion. Ensure that all Company safety policies, rules, and regulations are followed and enforced. Including Weekly Safety Reports, assessments and Toolbox Talks. Remains current with industry trends, changes in installation procedures and governmental codes. Check all contractor reports submitted to the Superintendent for accuracy and completeness; coordinate paper flow and maintain records as appropriate to the project. Using the Drawings, Specifications, Subcontractor Agreements, Purchase Orders and other applicable documents, resolve any conflicts that arise relative to Scope of Work. Verify that Contractors & Suppliers on site have current insurance and workers' compensation certificates on file as required.
