This established NYC CM firm have delivered multi-family residential, commercial and hospitality projects to a range of clients across the boroughs. They are currently looking for a Senior/Lead/Project Superintendent to run on a 25-story, 1000-unit residential development in Queens. Given the scale of this project, they are looking for someone with demonstrable experience leading 20+ story projects as the Lead Super. A DOB License is required to be considered for this role. This is a 2-year project and the company already has a strong backlog of work, so this is a great opportunity for an experienced Super to join a stable company and lead a notable high-rise project in NYC.
