Manage a team of individuals to deliver the Operational Project Readiness (OPR) and be the primary driver of the Commissioning Management (CxM) services on multiple projects. Review contract documents (design drawings, submittals, shop drawings, specifications, etc) for program/project understanding, constructability, operability, and functionality requirements. Develop a project-specific commissioning plan and project execution plan per Hensel Phelps' templates and in accordance with the Contract Documents.
