MacBracey typical working hours are Monday - Thursday from 7AM- 5PM but are subject to change at any point. We typically work within a 1 hour radius of Washington, PA.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operation of construction projects ranging from $500,000 - $5,000,000
Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed
Communicate project progress with clients and project managers
Manage subcontractors and construction site organization and scheduling
Effectively manage a small crew of carpenters and laborers
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in construction area. Strong project management and communications skills are required. The ability to be a leader and run a small crew efficiently is necessary.
Ability to read construction blueprints
General knowledge in all areas of construction including MEPs
Hands on experience with drywall, carpentry, plumbing, light electrical, etc.
