WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS: As our Construction Superintendent, you'll be the driving force behind the success of our federal construction projects. You'll oversee all aspects of the process, and your leadership will ensure that everything is moving according to plan-from coordinating subcontractors to ensuring daily progress. You'll run the daily kickoff meetings, set the day's agenda, and work closely with the government to ensure the specs are accurately followed and the project stays on track. And with your experience, you'll navigate the complexities of federal construction with precision and confidence. Other tasks include: Maintaining schedules and determining sequencing of work. Developing and implementing recovery strategies to maintain the project schedule. Overseeing and making decisions related to the performance of work related to scheduling, delivery, logistics, and quality control. Overseeing work among assigned trades to promote a coordinated project operation. Beyond the initial project, this role offers the opportunity to travel to various locations across the southeastern US, expanding your expertise and impact across the region.
