The Role:
The Superintendent is responsible for leading all on-site construction activities from mobilization through completion with a focus on safety, quality, schedule, and field execution.
At Cornerstone, Superintendents are trusted leaders on the jobsite. This role is for a field professional who takes pride in planning work well, holding high standards, coordinating trades effectively, and delivering projects that are safe, organized, and built the right way.
You will partner closely with Project Managers to execute the plan, solve problems in real time, and maintain a jobsite environment where expectations are clear and teams can perform at a high level.
Key Responsibilities:
โข Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for ground-up commercial projects and tenant improvements
โข Develop and manage project schedules, including short interval look-ahead schedules
โข Manage schedules, subcontractors, safety, and quality control to deliver projects on time and within budget
โข Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors
โข Build strong relationships with owners, design teams, and trade partners

Qualifications:
โข 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction on projects valued greater than $3 million

Qualifications:
10-20 years of relevant experience managing all aspects of construction projects, from concept to close-out, in the water, wastewater, and stormwater industry.
Professional engineering (PE) is not required but is a plus.
Certifications such as CCM or PMP are a plus.
Proficiency with project management software such as Procore, SharePoint, and Unifier is a plus.
Ability to travel to KJ offices and project sites required.
Familiarity with materials, means, methods, tools, and contractual obligations involved in the construction or repair of various physical assets, including water and wastewater and process equipment installations.
Knowledge of building codes, technical requirements of construction, and current project delivery methodologies.

Additional Information
The salary range for this full-time role is $100k-$130k per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Primary Job Function:

The salary range for this full-time role is
$100k-$130k
per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate's experience and qualifications.
