The Role The Superintendent II plays a vital role in supporting senior field leadership in the successful execution of multi-family residential and mixed-use construction projects. This position is responsible for overseeing multiple scopes/trades within projects, with a strong focus on schedule, quality, and safety. The Superintendent must have the knowledge, skills, and experience necessary to manage the day-to-day field operations of multifamily construction projects.
