Position Overview
The Senior Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all field activities, managing subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining project schedules. Key Responsibilities
Oversee all field operations for a large-scale, multi-building ground-up construction project.

Proficiency with construction management software (Procore experience preferred).

Physical Requirements
This position is performed at active construction sites and requires frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold. The noise level is typically loud, and the employee may be exposed to dust, debris, and hazardous materials. Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, gloves, safety vests, and steel-toed boots must be worn as required.
This role requires physical stamina, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand or walk for extended periods, and perform tasks that require bending, kneeling, and reaching. Work hours may include early mornings, late evenings, and occasional weekends depending on project timelines. Travel to various job sites within the state of Michigan.

What YOU will do:
· Studies Project Manual, job specifications and construction drawings to ensure timely start and finish, safety, quality of work and subcontractor performance for each phase of construction.
