CONSTRUCTION SITE SUPERINTENDENT RESPONSIBILITIES Project Leadership and Oversight Direct daily site activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. Under the supervision of the Capital Asset and Skilled Labor Supervisor or another designated supervisor, this role will manage construction projects. The position involves close collaboration with the Capital Asset Project Manager and skilled trades personnel. The main purpose of this role is to assist with coordinating and monitoring public and affordable housing construction and rehabilitation projects.
