OSHA 30-hour certified. Preferred Education and Experience 15+ years of experience in construction management for building construction. Proven record of successful execution of $20M+ projects. Experience with warehouses, cold storage, manufacturing, distribution, and/or life science construction. Knowledge of principles of project management for building, engineering and architecture as related to design and construction. Ability to use engineering instruments effectively. Proficiency with Excel, MS Project and Procore. First Aid/AED/CPR certified. NFPA Hot Work Safety certified.
