A lot of PTO.
The pay isn’t that great. Upper management is clueless. They can’t afford to fix their equipment or choose not to.
The PTO is good for the most part.
Not much really. They’re pretty good at patting themselves on the back.
Listen to your employees. Hire enough people to work in the field and pay them enough so they want to stay.
I was hired through acquisition.
Terrible.
If they do their job I really couldn’t care what color they are. Who comes up with these questions?
