Brad Hughes was appointed President & Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Cooper Tire & Rubber Company on September 1, 2016. He joined the company in November 2009 as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In July 2014, he was named Senior Vice President and President—International Operations.
