Use a computer to enter customer orders in machine line-up, check inventory, employee scanning in and out of work, and corrugator schedule lineup. Participate and facilitate communication meetings with employees pertaining to safety, toolbox discussions, daily production walks, preventative maintenance meetings, and monthly Crew Leader meetings. Write up, and/or approve maintenance work orders. Preferred Skills Proven management experience with a previous background in corrugated, paper, or similar manufacturing environments. Educations & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or equivalent work field, preferred OR High School Diploma or GED equivalent Minimum of 4 years of progressively more responsible operations leadership experience within a Packaging company.
