Complete and distribute accurate production reports. Ensure that all warehousing, shipping, and production line reports are complete/correct. Complete and approves employees' time records. Maintain current, complete personnel records relating to attendance, performance, training, assignments, etc. Maintain proper relationship between management and employee, ensuring that all personnel policies, procedures, and interaction management techniques are followed. Formally review employee's development and performance in annual reviews.
