Position Summary:
The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing multiple production lines of our Final Assembly area within the manufacturing facility. This role ensures that production goals are met efficiently, safely, and with high quality. The Supervisor also plays a key role in mentoring his leads, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and aligning operations with strategic business objectives.
Leadership & Supervision
Lead and manage a team of Leads and frontline employees.
Provide coaching, performance feedback, and development plans for team members.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and labor regulations.
Assists in training new employees in production processes, equipment and safety protocols, provides specialized technical assistance to group members
Production Oversight
Monitor daily operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met.
Coordinate with planning, shipping, procurement and maintenance teams to optimize workflow.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
Process Improvement
Identify and implement lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost savings.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure adherence to quality control standards and regulatory requirements.
Conduct audits and inspections to maintain high standards of product integrity.
Reporting & Communication
Prepare and present production reports to plant management.
Facilitate cross-functional communication between departments.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 2+ years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of production processes, safety regulations, and quality systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in Lean manufacturing and understanding of Kaizen
Strong data analysis skills are needed but not required
Working in a Fabrication, Assembly or Air handling equipment environment is a plus
Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required

Position Overview:
The Production Supervisor at Stella-Jones in Sheridan is responsible for leading and developing production teams while ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operations. Crisis Lines Volunteer Workforce Supervisor Position Summary: This position supervises Lines for Life's volunteer & internship workforce to ensure that all crisis lines calls are answered with care and compassion, and within the scope of the program.
Crisis Lines Volunteer Workforce Supervisor Work Schedule: Lines for Life is looking to hire 1 full-time employee for this role. This position requires actively supervising the volunteer & internship crisis line call takers with the possibility of needing to stay a little later some days to help volunteers wrap up calls. The Volunteer Workforce Supervisor also performs additional supervisory job duties such as meeting with volunteers or interns for coaching & debriefing sessions, attending meetings, performing call monitoring, and occasionally covering shifts for other crisis lines supervisors. This position may be required to work some holidays.
Crisis Lines Volunteer Workforce Supervisor Duties:
Demonstrate the culture of Lines for Life by modeling behavior that supports the organization's goals and philosophies;
Establish rapport with Crisis Lines volunteers and interns and collaborate with the volunteer program team on providing ongoing mentoring and development for crisis lines volunteers and interns.
Provide on-the-job training and coaching during and after live crisis contacts to ensure crisis lines volunteers, interns, and staff follow protocols and apply best practices for crisis intervention;
Provide sound clinical judgment to crisis responders during challenging cases;
Ensure crisis responders submit call reports in an accurate and timely manner with the relevant clinical information;
Perform regular call monitoring of crisis responders as directed by the Quality Assurance department, in collaboration with the volunteer program training specialist;
Submit Performance Concern Forms to the volunteer program manager for QA when volunteers and interns deviate from established policies and procedures, and collaboratively determine and enforce appropriate corrective action when necessary;
Triage calls and collaborate with coworkers and volunteers to minimize caller's wait time and ensure that the lines remain available for callers in escalated crisis;
Assist with developing rescue plans and contacting emergency services when necessary;
Complete mandatory trainings and workshops to remain knowledgeable about the latest policies and protocols and equipped to apply crisis intervention tools & techniques;
Troubleshoot technical issues with crisis responders and escalate when additional support is required;
Manage operations in the room including but not limited to: scheduling breaks, adjusting phone settings as needed and updating staffing spreadsheets;
Maintain a welcoming office environment by stocking and organizing snacks, tracking equipment, and tidying as needed; and

Compensation: Starting salary for this position is $28.44/hour plus health, dental, vision insurance, short- and long-term disability, life insurance premiums; a matching 401K plan; a flexible spending plan; access to professional development funds, licensure supervision at no cost to employee; PSLF repayment; an employee assistance program; and a free fitbit. Lines for Life provides a $1 per hour in-office shift differential on top of the base pay for hours worked in the office when required to work in office at least 3 days per week.
Youth Crisis Line Supervisor Schedule options:
40 hours per week: Will include 1 weekend day in office (Saturday or Sunday) and an optional remote day, includes weekly Flex Time.
32 hours per week: Will include 1 weekend day in office (Saturday or Sunday), benefits eligible, does not include weekly Flex Time.
Youth Crisis Line Supervisor Schedule: Must be available to regularly work between the hours of 12:30pm - 11:30 pm to accommodate the hours of operation for the YouthLine Call Center in Portland. Days of the week TBD, but will include at least one weekend day each week. A portion of each shift will be spent supervising youth volunteers and interns and the remainder of the shift taking contacts via call, text, and chat on the YouthLine help, support, and crisis line.
About YouthLine: YouthLine is a free peer-to-peer help, support, and crisis line for youth ages 10-24. For over 20 years, the YouthLine has helped support the mental wellness of young people, prevent youth suicide, and change culture around mental wellbeing by through teen-to-teen mental health support. Teen and young adult volunteers and interns receive extensive training to serve as peer counselors for other youth and are supervised by educated clinicians with extensive crisis experience. The peer experience is critical: youth best understand the experience of their peers because they are living the same experience, uniquely situating them to provide meaningful, impactful support for youth in crisis.

Youth Crisis Line Supervisor Position Summary: This position will supervise, assist and mentor volunteer YouthLine Peer Helpers and Coaching Volunteers between the hours of 3:30PM - 10:30 PM. YouthLine Supervisors oversee volunteers and interns answering acute crisis and referral calls, texts, and chats with care and compassion on the YouthLine, assist with quality assurance monitoring, and build community and positive relationships with youth, focusing on inclusion and youth development. This position is primarily a mentorship and supportive role for the YouthLine youth volunteers, but will answer crisis contacts daily outside of hours when youth volunteers and interns are present.
Youth Crisis Line Supervisor Responsibilities:
Demonstrate the culture of Lines for Life by modeling behavior that supports the goals and philosophies of Lines for Life and the YouthLine.
Supervise the YouthLine help, support, and crisis line, a teen-to-teen line with call, text, chat, and email capabilities.
Utilize clinical knowledge and collaborate with Team Leads to assess safety of the youth who reach out and contact emergency or protective intervention services to provide more focused support when needed. Determine when emergency services or protective services need to be contacted to provide support to youth crisis contacts. Provide final clinical decisions on supporting contacts.
Support YouthLine volunteers answering calls, texts, and chats with compassion in accordance with Lines for Life's training expectations and scope.
Establish rapport with YouthLine volunteers and contacts, and act as a resource of knowledge and systems use for volunteers.
Collaborate with the Youth Development team on providing ongoing mentoring and development for youth volunteers and interns.
Maintain YouthLine contact procedures.
Establish and promote community and inclusiveness between youth volunteers and staff members by creating a welcoming, caring environment.
Implement and follow all protocols and procedures for supporting youth who reach out to the YouthLine help, support, and crisis line.
Work independently in managing calls, texts, and chats that reach an acuity level that is more appropriate for staff than youth volunteers.
Troubleshoot and problem-solve various technology issues that arise in the YouthLine call center.
Answer calls, texts, and chats from youth contacts daily outside of hours when youth volunteers and interns are not present.
Identify appropriate, available resources that can be provided to contacts and support the efforts of the YouthLine.
Attend weekly and monthly meetings including, but not limited to: weekly individual supervision, weekly clinical supervision, bi-weekly Clinical staff meetings, monthly YouthLine all-staff meetings, and monthly Lines for Life staff meetings.
Complete Flex Times tasks weekly when not supervising or taking contacts on the help, support, and crisis line.
Performs other duties, such as call center cleaning and light maintenance, and administrative and organizational tasks as needed.
Youth Crisis Line Supervisor Required Requirements
Master's Degree in a related social sciences field.
Crisis Intervention Training.
A minimum of two years of experience working with youth.
Proficient with database and MS Office computer environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to mentor youth.
Ability to handle stress.

The Rehab Supervisor manages the daily activities of staff in multiple patient care environments. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the oversight of shelter services and programming in a manner that is consistent with Transition Projects mission, values, policies and procedures. Function as the operational supervisor of shelter shift activities. Provide advocacy, information, and referral services to participants staying in emergency shelters. Actively participate in shelter processes and work as part of a team to provide services to participants. This is a non-exempt, unrepresented full-time position.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide leadership, support, and positive role modeling for shelter staff. Promote a team environment where participant needs and success are paramount.
Demonstrate and empower staff to take initiative, problem solve, prevent and deescalate crises, and while maintaining a safe space.
Function as an active member of the shelter staff team.
Perform all of the functions of residential positions, including but not limited to Residential Advocate and Custodian.
Facilitate staff and team meetings in the absence of the manager.
Coordinate and provide coverage for team members when they are absent.
Assist in developing and implementing on-the-job training and guidance for Residential Advocates.
Provide support and assist staff in following policies and procedures.
Assist with program design, implementation, and evaluation to increase access to and efficiency of the residential programs, as directed.
Function as the managing supervisor of operations and staff as directed or in absence of manager and/or director, including extended absence and position vacancy.
Contribute to the selection of staff during the hiring process.

As directed, assist in the bi-weekly review and approval of staff timecards in Paycom, including correcting all clocking errors and approving time off requests in a timely manner.

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS

Acquire First Aid/CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire and be retested biannually thereafter throughout employment.
Complete Bloodborne Pathogens and Narcan Training within 30 days of hire and be retested annually thereafter throughout employment.
Demonstrate reliability by being present for work as scheduled, arriving and leaving on time and taking breaks in expected time frames.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
