The OL supports the store team in the areas of customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, loss prevention expense control, and customer experience so the store will operate effectively and profitably. The OL Drives productivity by training, coaching, planning, monitoring, and appraising results. The OL leverages daily interactions and team huddles to communicate and teach/train topics that support the customer experience. The operations Lead participates in all freight processes for incoming freight and/or transitions. The OL processes freight, sorts and stocks products on shelves, including down stocking and end cap maintenance, while maintaining a neat, clean, and organized store.
