Oversee the coordination and effective implementation of integrated supportive services. Identify training and professional development opportunities for your team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in areas such as case management techniques, housing assistance, intake procedures, and peer support. Encourage a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team. Implement quality assurance measures to ensure that services provided meet established standards and regulatory requirements. Regularly review case files, documentation, and program outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions when necessary. Foster effective collaborations with external stakeholders, such as community organizations, social service agencies to enhance the availability and effectiveness of services. Oversee overall data quality of the Integrated Supportive Housing program activity in HMIS (Homeless Management Information System) ensuring accuracy and completeness of timely documentation. Submit timely weekly reports to leadership and proactively elevate program wins and barriers to success. Position Requirements: At least 3 years of experience working with people experiencing homelessness (Required) At least two years of experience in a supervisory/management role of a housing program, ideally Rapid Rehousing or Transitional Housing (Preferred) Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, decision making and judgment skills, and a collaborative work style with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast paced, high-energy environment (Required) Knowledge of community resources and services available for individuals experiencing homelessness in the Denver Metro area. Experience in developing and implementing program policies and procedures Ability to provide guidance and support to staff members, ensuring adherence to program goals and objectives Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced, all hands-on-deck environment.
