Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of production workers, ensuring they operate machinery, assemble products, perform quality control checks, and package goods in accordance with established production standards.
Foster a positive and efficient work environment through effective communication, motivation, and performance management.
Monitor production output in assigned areas, ensuring adherence to established schedules, quality targets, and efficiency goals.
Address production bottlenecks or delays by implementing corrective actions to maintain continuous workflow and meet deadlines.

Monitor the implementation of quality control procedures to maintain high standards in finished goods.
Enforce 5S principles (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying and implementing process efficiencies to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Accurately complete all necessary documentation, including production logs, inventory reports, and shift reports, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
Work closely with other departments (e.g., maintenance, engineering, quality assurance, etc.) to resolve operational issues and ensure seamless communication across teams.
