The OL Drives productivity by training, coaching, planning, monitoring, and appraising results. The Operations Lead leverages daily interactions and team huddles to communicate and teach/train topics that support the customer experience. The operations Lead participates in all freight processes for incoming freight and/or transitions The OL processes freight, and stocks, including down stocking and end cap maintenance, while maintaining a neat, clean, organized store. All other duties are based on business needs. Nights and weekends required Qualifications & Competencies: At least 18 years old. High School Diploma/Equivalent. Communicates clearly and concisely with excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
